Trial #5: Satanic Reading

The Templar Initiate is a scholar who is well-read in the important texts of Satanic ideology, literature and black magickal practice. We are not looking for digital dilettantes who think that watching youtube videos and surfing social media can substitute for real infernal learning.

For this Trial, choose one of the books below; acquire it, read it, and write a report on it.

The Black Book of Satan by Anton Long
The Devil-Worshippers by the Dark Lords
The Black Arts by Richard Cavendish
Magic: History, Theory and Practice by Ernst Schertel
Mastering Witchcraft by Paul Huson
Pacts with the Devil by Black and Hyatt
Secrets of the Black Temple by Basil Crouch
Infernal Texts: Nox and Liber Koth by Stephen Sennitt

Some questions to answer in your report:

• What is your overall impression of the book?

• How relevant is it to Satanism in your mind?

• What are the most important things you learned from it?

• How can the Temple of Satan apply some of the ideas contained in the book?

Your report should be at least 600 words long. Send it to the Gatekeepers as previously instructed to complete this Trial.
